Using the digital climate twin Clima Zoom, the originally designed chilled beam system was found to be inefficient and capital-intensive. A cold air-to-air ceiling system with RU-effect air distribution was proposed, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and reduced equipment load.

The building is equipped with an automated weather station on the 462 m spire for climate monitoring.
Comprehensive engineering analysis and digital design were carried out for a large-scale redevelopment project. Using digital twins Data Zoom (energy) and Clima Zoom (climate), key systems were optimized: precise loads for chiller plants were defined, wind flows and odor dispersion were analyzed, and the indoor microclimate for panoramic apartments was simulated. These solutions prevented overinvestment in equipment and ensured stable comfort for residents.

Full-cycle design and implementation of engineering systems for a world-class museum. Using BIM technologies and digital twins Clima Zoom (climate) and Data Zoom (energy), systems were developed to maintain strict microclimate conditions for preserving unique artifacts, including the Imperial Fabergé eggs. Model accuracy was confirmed after commissioning, with only a 3% deviation from actual energy consumption. BIM optimization also preserved maximum exhibition space.
